Your Journey Through Sunday School Will...

I. Lead to greater faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Jesus lead by example in:
Prayer
Luke 22:39-46 39) And he came out, and went, as he was wont,
to the mount of Olives; and his disciples also followed him.
40) And when he was at the place, he said unto them, Pray
that ye enter not into temptation. 41) And he was withdrawn
from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed,
42) Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from
me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. 43) And
there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening
him. 44) And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and
his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down
to the ground. 45) And when he rose up from prayer, and was
come to his disciples, he found them sleeping for sorrow,
46) And said unto them, Why sleep ye? rise and pray, lest
ye enter into temptation.

Faith
Luke 7:1-10 1) Now when he had ended all his sayings in the
audience of the people, he entered into Capernaum. 2) And a
certain centurion's servant, who was dear unto him, was sick,
and ready to die. 3) And when he heard of Jesus, he sent unto
him the elders of the Jews, beseeching him that he would come
and heal his servant. 4) And when they came to Jesus, they
besought him instantly, saying, That he was worthy for whom
he should do this: 5) For he loveth our nation, and he hath
built us a synagogue. 6) Then Jesus went with them. And when
he was now not far from the house, the centurion sent friends
to him, saying unto him, Lord, trouble not thyself: for I am
not worthy that thou shouldest enter under my roof: 7) Where-
fore neither thought I myself worthy to come unto thee: but
say in a word, and my servant shall be healed. 8) For I also
am a man set under authority, having under me soldiers, and
I say unto one, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and
he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.
9) When Jesus heard these things, he marvelled at him, and
turned him about, and said unto the people that followed him,
I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in
Israel. 10) And they that were sent, returning to the house,
found the servant whole that had been sick.

Love
John 11:33-44 33) When Jesus therefore saw her weeping, and
the Jews also weeping which came with her, he groaned in the
spirit, and was troubled, 34) And said, Where have ye laid
him? They said unto him, Lord, come and see. 35) Jesus wept.
36) Then said the Jews, Behold how he loved him! 37) And
some of them said, Could not this man, which opened the eyes
of the blind, have caused that even this man should not have
died? 38) Jesus therefore again groaning in himself cometh
to the grave. It was a cave, and a stone lay upon it.
39) Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister
of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he
stinketh: for he hath been dead four days. 40) Jesus saith
unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest
believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? 41) Then they
took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid.
And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee
that thou hast heard me. 42) And I knew that thou hearest me
always: but because of the people which stand by I said it,
that they may believe that thou hast sent me. 43) And when
he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus,
come forth. 44) And he that was dead came forth, bound hand
and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about
with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him
go.

Mercy
Luke 17:11-19 11) And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem,
that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.
12) And as he entered into a certain village, there met him
ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off: 13) And they
lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy
on us. 14) And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew
yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as
they went, they were cleansed. 15) And one of them, when he
saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice
glorified God, 16) And fell down on his face at his feet,
giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan. 17) And Jesus
answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are
the nine? 18) There are not found that returned to give
glory to God, save this stranger. 19) And he said unto him,
Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.

Compassion

Matthew 9:35-38 35) And Jesus went about all the cities and
villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the
gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every
disease among the people. 36) But when he saw the multitudes,
he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted,
and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd.
37) Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is
plenteous, but the labourers are few; 38 Pray ye therefore
the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers
into his harvest.

II. Build Great Commission Christian.

Matthew 28:16-20 16) Then the eleven disciples went away
into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them.
17) And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some
doubted. 18) And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying,
All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19) Go
ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the
name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20) Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have
commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the
end of the world. Amen.

Getting The Most Out Of Sunday School

The best part about Sunday School is the learning and growing
in information and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Christ
Jesus. That leads to understanding and wisdom given by God
as your reward for being diligent in searching the scriptures
and studying to show thyself approved. Sunday School provides
you with a place to praise and worship the Lord for the
revelations of His grace and mercy. The Lords goodness is
revealed in the lives of the people He encounters, help, heals,
delivers, make alive or solve their problems.

Financial Freedom Prayer

Father, I declare that I am debt free and the spirit of debt is destroyed because of the anointing. You made me the lender and not the borrower, the head and not the tail. You daily load me with benefits and cause blessings to overtake me. Wealth and riches are in my house and I increase more and more. I thank you for giving me the power to get wealth through skills, talents and work so that millions can hear the gospel. I am plenteous in goods, for you have given me richly all things to enjoy. Your blessings have made me rich and add no sorrow. I am a joint heir with Jesus and Abraham's blessings are mine. I thank you for making me holy and righteous and giving me wisdom for good stewardship over which you have entrusted me. I sow bountifully, therefore I reap bountifully. I give and it is given unto me good measure, pressed down and shaken together. I have the wealth of the wicked and I owe no man nothing but love. The windows of heaven are open pouring out a blessing I don't have room to receive. The devourer is rebuked by and through your word. Father by faith I know all these promises and blessings are mine so I remain the same regardless of circumstances. I hold fast to my confession of faith. The son has made me debt free and I am free indeed in Jesus name Amen!

Ps. 115:14 The LORD shall increase you more and more, you and your children.

Deut. 28:2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.

Deut. 28:8 The LORD shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto: and he shall bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

Deut. 28:11 And the LORD shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers to give thee.

Deut. 28:12 The LORD shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.

Deut. 28:13 And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail: and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath: if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD the God, which I command thee on this day, to observe and to do them:

Financial Independence A Dream Or Reality?

We all have a financial need on this earth. Your goal may be to be wealthy, or to be comfortable, or to have your needs met and sadly some have no goals, due to circumstances and/or environment. God has given us "the power to get wealth" (Deu.8:18). Obtaining wealth or a comfortable living is possible, it just depends on how hard you are willing to work. God's plan is simply giving and being a good stewart over what God has entrusted in your hand.

Everyone is not an entertainer, sports celebrity or born into a family with high net worth. So working or owning a business are the only ways to realize our goals and dreams. Even prayer is work and I encourage you to be steadfast in your prayers and exercising the plan God has put in your heart.

Financial Scriptures (KJV)

Lu. 6:38 Give, and it shall be given unto you, good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bossom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

2Cor.9:6 But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly: and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.

2Cor. 9:7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give: not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

Prov. 10:4 He becometh poor that dealth with a slack hand: but the hand of the dilligent maketh rich.

Prov. 10:22 The blessing of the lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.

Prov. 6:6-11
6 Go to the ant, thou sluggard: consider her ways, and be wise.
7 Which having no guide, overseer, or ruler,
8 Provideth her meat in the summer, and gatherth her food in the harvest.
9 How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? When wilt thou arise out of the sleep?
10 Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep:
11 So shall thy poverty come as one that traveled, and thy want as an armed man.

Ps. 68:19 Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation.

Ps. 112:3 Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth forever.
